Allister Spence is an independent filmmaker creating drone films and visual stories. His current work explores landscapes, waterways and historic places across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
The films favour considered movement, natural atmosphere and a clear sense of place. Each project begins by observing how a location is shaped by water, architecture, weather and the routes people have made through it.
